Academic Suspension Help!?

-Okay my question is do you think I should just write my academic appeal again or transfer schools. Here is the scenario, I was out on academic suspension at the end of my spring semester of 2010. Now I wrote a letter of appeal to them but never heard back from them. Now I have to reapply to my school (UNCC) and write another letter. Now with me not being able to attend summer school nor a community college while out, I feel I don't stand a chance of getting back in. Im scared. I know its my fault. I want to fix this. I just have to. Im suppose to be a senior this year. Now again do you think I stand a chance of getting back in with a very convincing letter or should I just transfer somewhere else. PLease no rude comments. I know i messed up but nobody is perfect. I am at a better state of mind. Also if you think should rewrite my letter can you give me some examples of what i should say. Thanks.
