Can Primary Teachers get to move from one school to another?

-In my country (very small) primary teachers get to move from one school to another if another school needs more primary teachers. I find this as a drawback when working in big countries (for example UK, Australia..). Does someone know if primary teachers are moved from one school to another? or do they have a fixed school to work in UK or Australia please thanks!Well a primary school I just did Work Experience at were having a leaving party for their male Year 6 teacher Mr H (Not saying his full name) as he was being transferred to another school in the local area.



So Yes, in the United Kingdom, Primary Teacher's can transfer to different schools.
