Denying me credits for classes?

-i have a auto-immune dissorder and i get sick a lot, my school told me i need a note from a doctor and they would decide if they wanted to give me credit and my doctor sent a note but they never notified me if i was denied credit, can they do this? i know i wasnt there but i did ALL my work just couldnt show up some days and dont have the money to go to the doctor every other week, can they really deny me credit? i cant control if im sick and i dont wanna get other sick and i had passing grades in all classesAnd now we can observe the real nature of those liberals running the system.
