How do you get into 8th grade regents?

-i asked my teacher and she said that i didn't meet the requirements on the ela state exam. But then i double checked and found that i did meet the requirements.Unfortunately, i found this out on the last day of school. i emailed her but she didn't respond. 8th grade is coming closer and i don't know how to get someone to look at what i found. how do i do it?I just got out of 8th grade and the people that took the rregennts were the ones taking 9th grade math (for the math regions) and in 9th grade science for the science one. We weren't able to take the English or social studies one even if we were in the 9th grade class. Hope this helps
